Centering Pregnancy is a unique, innovative approach to prenatal care. You meet in a small group setting for two hours with women due around the same time as you. You will receive your individual medical assessment and pregnancy education while connecting with other moms-to-be. This bonding provides opportunities for lasting friendships, collaborative learning, and social support.

You see the same provider throughout your pregnancy and receive your regularly scheduled care, including labs and ultrasound testing.
