Active–duty and mobilized reserve soldiers stationed at Fort Cavazos may call or visit their assigned dental clinic to schedule an appointment.  Soldiers are assigned to clinics based on their Unit; to determine which dental clinic you are assigned to, please consult your Unit S1.
