Dermatology

The Dermatology clinic provides urgent and routine inpatient and outpatient consultation services for TRICARE beneficiaries addressing a wide range of skin problems that are not readily diagnosed or managed in primary care clinics.

In order to provide the safest environment of care, young or unsupervised children are not allowed in exam rooms during minor procedures or outpatient surgery. We recommend childcare arrangements be made prior to your visit.

• Evaluation and treatment of dermatitis, rashes and cutaneous afflictions
• Evaluation and treatment of skin growths, moles and cancers
• Evaluation and treatment of psoriasis
• Evaluation and treatment of skin infections
• Evaluation and treatment of birthmarks including port wine stains and hemagiomas
• Skin biopsy
• Patch testing
• UV phototherapy
• Skin surgery
• Tele-dermatology

Services NOT provided

• Cosmetic dermatology
• Tattoo removal
• Management of uncomplicated skin conditions appropriately managed in the primary care setting.
