Getting Care for COVID - 19 Symptoms After Duty Hours
TRICARE beneficiaries with COVID-19 symptoms should seek assistance at the CRDAMC Emergency Department.
Stay at home and call the MHS Nurse Advice Line. A registered nurse will help assess your symptoms.
If needed, the MHS nurse will coordinate care with a healthcare provider. The MHS Nurse Advice Line is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Expanded Virtual Health Options
To help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re increasing our virtual health options to continue to provide high-quality, coordinated care by phone, Secure Messaging, and mobile applications.
You can easily convert many face-to-face appointments to virtual health visits. However, some appointments may need to remain face-to-face. Rest assured, we will provide the safest and best-suited option to meet your healthcare needs.
We highly recommend requesting virtual visits through Secure Messaging so your provider can send you instructions on how to connect for your appointment. If you don’t already have a Secure Messaging account, you can sign up for your Secure Messaging account. You can also schedule a virtual visit through the appointment methods listed below.
Please note: If you already have a face-to-face appointment scheduled, you may be contacted to arrange a virtual visit instead.
Need A Specialty Care Appointment?
If you're looking for a specialist for treatment or a second opinion, your primary care provider will send a request to Referral Management. The referral management team tracks referrals and coordinates care between the medical treatment facility and TRICARE authorized providers.
