How to Make an Appointment

First, come visit our veterinary center to register in person! You do not need to bring your pets for registration. Two to three business days after this initial in-person registration visit, please call our facility at 254-287-2823, to schedule an appointment.

All patients are seen by appointment only, which must be made in-person or over the phone. We schedule routine vaccinations and health issue appointments up to 2 weeks in advance.

For spays, neuters and dental procedures, we book slots on the 15th of the month (or the next business day if the 15th is over a weekend/holiday) for the following month.

Important Information

There is a strict no-show policy to ensure adequate appointment availability for all service members. A no-show penalty is given for arrivals more than five minutes after the start of a wellness appointment or more than ten minutes after the start of a sick call appointment. If you incur three no-show penalties within six months, you will be suspended from using the veterinary center for six months.
