Pharmacy 

CRDAMC pharmacies now require that you must ACTIVATE your prescriptions in order for them to be filled. They WILL NOT be automatically filled once your doctor sends them in.

  • Pharmacy services are some of the most popular benefits for our patients. Prescription medications may be obtained at our pharmacies at no cost to you. Beneficiaries may also receive medications using the TRICARE Home Delivery program by going through Express Scripts or a TRICARE Network Pharmacy. Depending on the medication, a CO-PAY may apply.  

    Our pharmacies process approximately 1.2 million prescriptions each year.  Due to the high volume of pharmacy visitors, we recommend beneficiaries use the drop-off service for handwritten prescriptions, automated call-in refill service, and electronic prescription service to obtain medicine prescribed by an off post provider. Pharmacy patrons should also select the appropriate ticket on the queueing kiosk, and have the patient's ID card available when picking up prescriptions for family members 10 years and older. We also recommend participating in the pharmacy messaging service to receive notification when your prescriptions are ready for pick-up. Patients can ACTIVATE their NEW electronic prescriptions by texting 1-855-812-6030 for same day pick-up.
