Activate or Refill a Prescription
The CRDAMC Pharmacy makes it easy to activate and refill your prescriptions. Follow the steps below to get your medication quickly and safely.
Activate a New Prescription
You must activate your prescription before pickup. Choose the option that works best for you:
Q-Anywhere (Fastest option)
- Text “Get in Line” to 855-812-6030.
- Follow the instructions in the reply text.
- You’ll receive a text when your medication is ready.
Pharmacy Call Center
- Call 254-288-8800 during normal business hours.
- Provide your name, date of birth, and prescription details.
In person
- Visit the main pharmacy.
- Bring your military ID card.
Tip: New prescriptions are not automatically ready. They must be activated using one of the options above.
Request a Refill
You can request refills 24/7 using any of the following options:
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
- Log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
- Select your prescription and choose "Refill."
- Refills are typically ready within three business days.
Automated Refill Line
- Call 254-998-2601.
- Enter your prescription number when prompted.
- Choose your preferred pickup location.
Pharmacy Call Center
- Call 254-288-8800
- Request a refill with a representative.
Where to Pick Up Medications
Main Pharmacy
- Full-service location for new prescriptions, refills, and transfers.
- Located inside Main Hospital.
Clear Creek PX Pharmacy
- Convenient for routine refills.
- Located in the Clear Creek Post Exchange.
- Serves patients assigned to these clinics.
ScriptCenter Kiosks
- Self-service pickup for most refill prescriptions.
- Located at the Main Hospital and Clear Creek PX.
- Requires one-time enrollment at the Main Pharmacy.
- Not available for controlled or refrigerated medications.

Transfer a Prescription
If you want to move a prescription from another pharmacy:
- Ask your provider to send the prescription directly to CRDAMC.
- Or request a transfer from your retail pharmacy.
- Some maintenance medications may need to be filled at a military pharmacy or through TRICARE Home Delivery.
Helpful Tips
- Bring your ID: A military ID is required to pick up medications.
- Plan ahead: Allow up to three business days for refills.
- Have information ready: Keep your prescription number handy when calling.
