Sleep Disorders Clinic
The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center Sleep Disorders Center aims to provide expert consultative outpatient services for TRICARE beneficiaries addressing a wide range of sleep conditions and diseases.
Services provided:
- Evaluation and treatment of all sleep conditions/diseases.
- Actigraphy
- CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device management
- Home Sleep Test (HST)
- Inspire Management
- Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)
- Polysomnography (PSG)

Services NOT provided:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)

Patient forms:
*All forms can be filled out either online and submitted through their Genesis Patient Portal account to the Sleep Disorders Clinic or can be printed and filled out in person to be brought to the clinic at the time of your appointment.
Directions to the Sleep Lab:
From main entrance of hospital:
- Please use the elevators located directly behind the front desk.
- Go into the elevator and press the 5th floor button.
- The Sleep Lab will be located directly on the right side.
- Go through the doors, have a seat, and a technician will be with you shortly.
From the Sleep Clinic located on the 2nd floor:
- When facing this sign, turn to your left and go straight to the end of the hall towards clinic 3.
- Then turn left and go straight down the hallway.
- You will continue staying straight, crossing the walk-way bridge.
- There will be three (3) sets of elevators on your right side.
- Go into the elevator and press the 5th floor button.
- The Sleep Lab will be located directly on the right side.
- Go through the doors, have a seat, and a technician will be with you shortly.
From the Emergency Room:
- Go through the doors exiting the Emergency Room.
- Go straight to the end of the hall and then turn left.
- Go straight, all the way down until you see three (3) sets of elevators on your left side. You will pass by the hospital pharmacy.
- Go into the elevator and press the 5th floor button.
- The Sleep Lab will be located directly on the right side.
- Go through the doors, have a seat, and a technician will be with you shortly.
