Any permanent forms of contraception (tubal ligation) will require a follow on appointment with the GYN clinic.

How it Works

No appointment necessary. Come to the Family Medicine Residency Clinic before 11 a.m., on the first floor of the hospital, and present your ID card. Patients will complete a urine pregnancy test, and will then receive education/counseling on all available short-acting, long-acting, reversible and permanent forms of contraception.
