Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

The EFMP provides support to military families with special needs. Qualifying family members may be children or adults with any physical, developmental, intellectual, or emotional disability that requires special treatment, education, training therapy, or counseling. All branches of the military require the same EFMP enrollment process. Enrollment in the EFMP ensures maximum provision of services to the family throughout the sponsor’s career.

The EFMP Office is currently open for virtual business.  Please call our office at  (254) 288-8099 or contact us by  e-mail at usarmy.hood.medcom-crdamc.mbx.efmp@mail.mil
